Mamacita Taping policy
We encourage the taping and duplication of unreleased live Mamacita performances for personal non-commercial use. We're grateful to the tapers who help spread our music, but we feel obligated to set a few guidelines.
Audio cassette, video and DAT taping is permitted at shows for personal, non-commercial, home use only. Bring your own gear. Do not expect power and be prepared for everything. Do not count on a soundboard patch. Soundboard patches are permitted at the discretion of the sound engineer on a show by show basis, so bring your own batteries, mics, patch cables and anything else you may need. Extension cords, large mixers, home decks, reel to reel machines, are not permitted.
Duplication of unreleased Mamacita performances is authorized for the following personal, non-commercial uses: archival/back-up; gifts; trading of recordings on recording media (such as compact disc, mini disc, and tape) for recording media of equivalent value (whether blank or not); "blanks and postage" offers; free transfer of digital music files over computer networks (including the Internet); and the broadcast on public/non-profit radio.
All Mamacita performances are the exclusive property and copyright of Mamacita. All rights reserved. Unauthorized sale, duplication, broadcast and/or distribution of Mamacita performances is strictly forbidden. Recording, duplication or any other use of unreleased recordings of Mamacita performances in exchange for money or any other thing of value (other than recording media of equivalent value) is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right to change these policies without notice.
Thanks!
Mamacita
